About Eucalyptus Lemon Essential Oil:

Eucalyptus Lemon Essential Oil (Eucalyptus citriodora), has a potent, bright, citronella-like aroma.  The sweet balsamic, floral low notes last for days.  Lemon Eucalyptus is a great source for natural citronellal.  In fact, distillations from the Belgian Congo have produced oils with over 80 percent citronellal.

Action and Traditional Uses for Eucalyptus Lemon Essential Oil:

Eucalyptus citriodora is analgesic, antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal as well as a deodorant, expectorant, and an insecticidal agent.  Eucalyptus citriodora has been used to perfume linen closets, and as an insect repellent, especially for cockroaches and silverfish.

Indications:  Astma, athlete’s foot and other fungal infections, respiratory infections, cuts, dandruff, fevers, herpes, infectious skin conditions, laryngitis, scabs, shingles, sore throat, sores and wounds.

Application:  Diffuse or rub on the bottom of the feet or on location.
