About Coriander Fruit Essential Oil: 

Coriander Fruit Essential Oil Russia (Coriandrum sativum), the two oils that are produced from Coriandrum sativum, Coriander, which comes from the plant’s seeds, and Cilantro, which comes from the plant’s fresh leaves.  This particular Coriander oil has a higher linalool content than the USA chemotype.  Typically, Russian Coriander oil has a floral, herbaceous aroma with slightly harsher notes and is more herbal than fruity.

Action and Uses for Coriander Fruit Essential Oil:

Coriander is anti-inflammatory and has a sedative effect.  Coriander may help with arthritis, diarrhea, respiratory infections, indigestion, digestive spasms, poor circulation, rheumatism, gout, infections (general), measles, headaches, nausea, muscular aches and pains, neuralgia, skin conditions (aches and pains, neuralgia, skin conditions (acne, psoriasis and dermatitis), and stress.  It may also help during convalescence and after a difficult child-birth.  Because of its estrogenic content, coriander may regulate and help control pain related to menstruation.  Application:  Apply topically.  Fragrant Influence:  Soothing and calming.   Companion Oils:  Bergamot, Cinnamon, Citronella, Clary Sage, Cypress, Ginger, Jasmine, Neroli, Petitgrain, Pine, Sandalwood, and other spice oils.   Safety Data:  If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician.
