Allspice Essential Oil Pimenta Berry Jamaica (Pimenta dioica), this oil has a fresh, clean top note with a long lasting sweet, balsamic, spicy, warm body note.  Some aromatherapist say Allspice has hints of tea like undertones as well.  In perfumery, Allspice oil is typically used as a modifier in men’s fragrances, particularly in spicy or oriental blends.  Interestingly due to high eugenol content, Allspice oil is one of the unique oils with a density greater than water.
