Cumin CO2 Extract Oil (Cuminum cyminum), the aroma is spicy and generally more pleasant than the steam distilled material. The color is darker due to the complete extraction of the entire plant. Many blenders use Cumin CO2 in conjunction with Cumin to add a complexity to the blend.

Action and Traditional Uses For Cumin Extract Oil:

Cumin Extract Oil is antiviral, an immune stimulant, helps appetite and digestion, and acts as a liver regulator.  A tradition suggests that the ancient Hebrews used cumin as an antiseptic for circumcision.
