Ylang Ylang Extra Essential Oil Most Floral Indonesia (Cananga odorata), is a powerfully floral, extremely sweet oil with woody undertones, making this the most floral of the Ylangs. This complex oil contains pinene, linalool, geraniol, benzyl alcohol, cresol, cresyl acetate, eugenol, methyl benzoate, methyl salicilate, and trace amounts of various acids and other components. This fraction of Ylang Ylang, used mainly in high-end perfumery, is generally the most desirable of all the Ylang Ylang oils.

Action: Ylang Ylang is antispasmodic, it balances blood pressure, and regulates the heartbeat. It is used in hair preparations to promote thick, shiny, lustrous hair (it is also reported to help control split ends). Traditional Uses: Ylang Ylang means “flower of flowers.” Ylang Ylang flowers have been used to cover the beds of newlywed couples on their wedding night. Indications: Heart arrhythmias, cardiac problems, high blood pressure, anxiety, impotence, arterial hypertension, depression, mental fatigue, hair loss, labored breathing, insomnia, palpitations, insect bites, and tachycardia.
