Celery Herb CO2 Total Extract Oil India (Apium graveolens), Celery Herb CO2 is extracted from the total plant.  The powerful and characteristic aroma is ten times more potent than the essential oil.  If typical celery nuances are the objective, this is a great value.  Blenders typically use this CO2 with absolutes and evergreens in small percentages.  It’s worth nothing to be a bit more on the conservative side when compounding with this CO2 due to its intense nature, it can easily over power a blend.
