About Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil Madagascar:

Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil Madagascar (Cananga odorata), is the result of a continuous distillation of up to 18 hours, rendering a full spectrum, non-fractionated complete oil.  The oil is often used in aromatherapy.  Some believe it too possess alluring, romance enhancing properties.  Ylang Ylang oil is also widely used in perfumery for oriental or floral themed perfumes due to its floral and fruity notes.

Action Traditional Uses and Indications for Ylang Ylang Essential Oil:

Action:  Ylang Ylang is antispasmodic, it balances blood pressure, and regulates the heartbeat.  It is used in hair preparations to promote thick, shiny, lustrous hair (it is also reported to help control split ends).  Traditional Uses:  Ylang Ylang means “flower of flowers.”  Ylang Ylang flowers have been used to cover the beds of newlywed couples on their wedding night.  Indications:  Heart arrhythmias, cardiac problems, high blood pressure, anxiety, impotence, arterial hypertension, depression, mental fatigue, hair loss, labored breathing, insomnia, palpitations, insect bites, and tachycardia.
