About Camphor Essential Oil White:
Camphor Essential Oil White China (Cinnamomum camphora), Camphor has a somewhat medicinal nose opening clean aroma. Highly recommended in aromatherapy for respiratory congestion. Predictably it blends well with Rosemary and Eucalyptus. The penetrating aroma of Camphor is often associated with chest rubs and balms for muscles and joints. Camphor oil may also be used to repel flying insects or to refresh a musty linen closet. Highly recommended by our aroma-therapists, White Camphor oil is rectified for safety. Brown and yellow Camphor oil are crude and can be more toxic, even externally. Practically speaking there are three types of Camphor Oil, Blue, Brown and White. Blue is considered the heaviest consisting mainly of sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpene alcohols with faint scents. Brown Camphor’s main constituent is Safrole.
